You know your way around Instagram and how to keep social media fun. You’re quick to learn new platforms and your friends always ask you for the group pic.

You feel as if something may be missing and are looking to fill a little bit of your extra time with a new, fun endeavor that has a major impact.

a few Bozeman requirements:

  • must be a current active member of at least 1-2+ years with consistent attendance

  • attention to detail

  • marketing, design and social media experience a plus

Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older and live in the USA

  • comfortable being in a a leadership role
    and able to set the tone in group environments

  • available to plan at least one event in your city per month, around 3-5 hours of your time

  • event experience is a plus, but not required as
    most of our events are low-key and fairly simple to bring to life

  • the ability to run a local instagram account for your branch, social media/marketing skills a plus!

  • patience — we’ll help you as much as possible, but it takes time to build up a community so we do recommend having somewhat of a network already built up (followers on social media, clubs that you’re apart of, facebook groups to post in)

  • Yes! This is a volunteer role for those looking to create a space to empower women and feel fulfilled in the process.

    Although this is a volunteer role, we do provide our Community Leads with some pretty awesome perks as outlined above.

  • As much as you need! We have an in-depth onboarding process to get you trained up on our community practices, how to host events and some major hot tips for having a successful experience.

    We also provide ongoing check-in calls and a robust library of resources for you to continuously learn from.

    Not to mention, we have a whole private Community Lead space where you can ask other Leads questions and brainstorm through events in a supportive group environment.
