day 1

wednesday:

  • check-in and get settled into your room

  • say hello to your crew at our welcome dinner featuring nourishing, local cuisine

  • unbox your goodie bags to get hyped for the weekend ahead

  • hot tub and hang time

day 2

thursday:

  • coffee and breakfast

  • full day of skiing + boarding at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort with lunch on the hill and après to follow

  • a creative workshop to end the evening paired with a dinner night in

day 3

friday:

  • coffee and breakfast

  • all-day guided snowmobile adventure exploring the Teton Mountain Range; gear and instruction provided with post-ride lunch

  • free evening with dinner on your own and a chance to explore Town Square

day 4

Saturday:

  • restorative yoga class to unwind and restore

  • post-flow breakfast before packing up for a half-day skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

  • apres with Kari Traa to end

  • dinner out in town, followed by dancing at the infamous Million Dollar Cowboy Bar

day 5

Sunday:

  • take the morning to sleep in

  • coffee and breakfast

  • goodbyes and closing practice

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This is meant for women of all levels and for both skiers and snowboarders alike, but we should mention that JHMR is well-known for having more advanced terrain than beginner runs.

    If you are a beginner, we do require that you have been on the slopes a handful of times and can make it down a run safely. Please note that we are not teaching you how to ski/board.

    If you’re brand new and still want to join, we recommend booking a lesson with an expert at Jackson Hole Mountain resort! Please note, the cost of lessons are up to you.

    We’ll split into groups based on experience level so you can feel comfortable skiing with your squad

    Please note, lift tickets to JHMR are not included in your retreat spot. FYI - JHMR is on the Ikon Pass!

  • Absolutely! Our snowmobile adventure is perfect for beginner riders. The professional guides we are using are well-equipped to show you the ropes, even if it’s your very first time!

    Snowsuit, boots, helmet, goggles and gloves are provided.

  • Ski/snowboard gear is not provided, but you can definitely bring your own or rent if you prefer!

    If you prefer to not carry around a bunch of gear during the weekend, then you can rent everything you need at the resort at Teton Village Sports .

    Need some help? We’re happy to support you in this area!

    For snowmobiling, the outfitter we are using will have helmets, goggles, boots and snowsuits for everyone, which is included in your retreat price. Just be sure to dress appropriately for the activity - full packing list will be provided.

  • Almost all meals are included with the following exceptions:
    - Lunches during ski days
    - Friday night dinner out
    - any alcohol

    We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and food preferences.

  • We are staying at a venue located about 20-minutes from the Jackson Airport.

    We will be providing transportation during the weekend retreat activities for on-site guests, but please note that transportation to and from the lodge is not included for Wednesday arrival and Sunday departure.

    There are ubers/lyfts/taxis available in Jackson, as well as ample on-site parking if you choose to have a car for the weekend.

  • What’s Not Included:
    - Flights and Transportation to/from the venue for Wednesday’s arrival and Sunday’s departure
    - Day Tickets to JHMR (Jackson Hole is on the Ikon)
    - some meals (please reference FAQ)

  • Please arrive to Jackson on or before January 27th, with an arrival flight that lands no later than 4:00 PM (we’ll have dinner around 5:30pm) and if possible a departure flight that takes off no earlier than 11:00 AM on January 31st (closing remarks will be around 9:00am).

  • Yes! Once you're signed up, you will be added to our private group chat on Instagram where we’ll all get the chance to say hello, talk packing list, who's flying from where, and more.

  • We get it. Things happen! But, we also have to plan accordingly on our end too. A $600 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. We repeat — the deposit is non-refundable.

    Your remaining balance is non-refundable 60-days prior to the retreat start date (unless we find someone last minute to fill your spot). Thanks for understanding that we have to pay our vendors in a timely manner, regardless if you attend or not.
